At Consery, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund under the terms outlined below.
Return Window
- Customers have 14 days from the date of receiving their order to request a return or refund.
- Requests made after this period will not be eligible.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and include proof of purchase.
- Digital or downloadable products are not eligible for return once accessed or downloaded.
- Items damaged due to misuse or not in their original condition may not qualify for a refund.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our support team at support@consery.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for return.
- Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
