Refund & Return Policy – Consery

At Consery, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund under the terms outlined below.

Return Window

  • Customers have 14 days from the date of receiving their order to request a return or refund.
  • Requests made after this period will not be eligible.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include proof of purchase.
  • Digital or downloadable products are not eligible for return once accessed or downloaded.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or not in their original condition may not qualify for a refund.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@consery.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for return.
  3. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to appear in your account.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
